I rented from Doria townhouse for 1 year I would’ve stayed there for years but I had a family emergency and had to leave I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT I felt secure and they maintained the property very good NO roaches (like other places) and maintenance came immediately if I had any concern the office staff especially Melaine was very helpful to me I would highly recommend living there 100%
The management is disrespectful and only care for the selves kicking people out and raising their rent
Do not rent from this property. I had two water leaks in my Town-home and my air conditioner unit went out. It took over two weeks for maintenance to fix. I moved out 2 months ago and still have not received my security deposit. I called the rental office and left messages with the manager May. She has not returned my phone calls. I will be contacting my attorney to file a small claim case regarding my security deposit.
Beware - Roaches and Rats occupy Lynnbrook Forest. I am not a disgruntled tenant because Thank God I dodged that bullet. I first looked at a town-home which seemed decent and decided to go with the 3 bedroom ranch. On move in day I noticed funny smell in ranch style unit, dead roaches everywhere and after we started moving in household goods we saw roaches darting across the walls and floors.
