Mold been growing all they ever did was paint over it, walls and ceiling falling apart . The never wanted to fix anything had to complain to higher management to get things done. Also, allot of items from my apartment stared to be missing and i know for fact they were going into my apartment with out my knowledge. The maintenance guy Mike is very awesome and kind guy the only one who have sense. BUT DONT RENT FROM HERE ALL THE CARE ABOUT IS RENT NOTHING ELSE
A police Man that stay in one of the buildings over there gives people tickets unnecessarily. He literally sits and watches you park then gives tickets for parking on the street. I guess he knows all the residents' cars. SMH.
Wish I could give this property zero stars. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!The walls are so thin, the property management in Hackensack is useless and rude, watch out for Ann and Christine, they're evil, racist and demeaning. They don't care about their tenants, only about collecting rent.
