They do good work, but they always try to upsell you. A few years ago I brought a 1996 F-150, I had recently bought, in for an alignment, they couldn't go through with the alignment because the tires were too old, which fair enough, but then tried to upsell me on some fluid changes and the accessory belt which I had literally just replaced the day before.
I had a problem with my car and took it to the dealership. I was worried that the dealership might be being dishonest so I called and talked to Donnie. I opened with telling him that my car was at the dealership and that the dealership would be getting my business because if I took my car now I would be out $241. Despite that he sat on the phone with me and discussed my car trouble, helped me to make an informed decision and answered all my questions as if I was his customer.
