Lynn not only gained my confidence as my realtor, but also as a new friend while trying to find our forever home. She listened to or list of “must haves” and didn’t show us homes that did not have these all of things. She encouraged us with her ideas as well as pointed out things we were not savvy to knowing……saving us time, work and money. She handled everything seamlessly, or made it appear that way. I recommend her to anyone who wants a professional, top of the game realtor.
Lynn was excellent to work with. We used her as a buyers agent when we moved from abroad to DFW. She really wanted us to find a home rather than us buy a house. As we toured homes she tailored her recommendations and when it came time for us to submit an offer she was incredibly knowledgeable. Lynn really knows her stuff and saved us heaps in negotiations. If we ever need to buy or sell again I’ll be calling Lynn and recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the DFW area, Grapevine, Southlake or Trophy Club.
