Somebody's just being grumpy! I've been seeing Lynn for nearly 20 years and wouldn't see anybody else. She's honest, friendly, educational and takes whatever time I need every time.
I only went there to order glasses I got a better selection there and they let me get a 179$ frame when Walmartsaid $70 cute glasses
Dr. Pavlic was friendly and helpful to me. She took the time to help me choose my frames. I liked their selection of frames. Appointment didn't take too long,and she did take the time to explain things. I would go back to her.
In regards to the 1 star comment. I hope you know Dr. Pavlic requires to look in the mirror behind her to read what the patient is reading allowed. Aka she is doing her job! She’s the BEST hands down.
She's always been pleasant and friendly to me. Her secretary is also nice. The glasses selection is seriously lacking, and frequently I feel that she tries to have me take a relaxed prescription rather than spot on, but I do know she is doing that to try to save me money as well and it is ultimately my decision.
After going there for several years and watching the unprofessional Dr and secretary give each other looks I decided to go somewhere else. Now going to a new eye Dr my coverage for eyeglasses went from what she told me $65 to now $165. Was the Dr pocketing the other hundreds of dollars?
She did not pay attention to anything I said or my concerns. She was continuously looking at herself in the mirror during my whole exam. She gives off a better than you vibe. Not pleasant at all.
