Thank you Dr. Wall and staff for changing my opinion of going to the dentist! Everyone was so pleasant and made me feel so at ease. I will recommend this office to all of my friends and family.
Incredible SERVICE!! Needed to fix a broken tooth and was afraid it would be painful! They took care of me with NO PAIN and in less time than I thought! The facility is super clean and beautiful. I now take the entire family and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Dr. Wall and Staff communicated clearly and gently on what my dental needs were and the fees associated with them. He sat down with me and explained everything I needed. Then a staff member came in and explained the financials. They not only filed one but two insurances for me! He told me we would work on my pace one tooth at a time since that is what I could afford. I was referred by many of his patients and would not go anywhere else!

If you want to be constantly pressured for dental work every time you visit a dentist, this is the place to go. The doctor and staff constantly pressure you to obtain expensive dental work, and if you cannot afford it, you are made to feel like you don't care about yourself and/or you are uncooperative with a dentist that wants to make your smile SHINE! outstanding service,i Highly recomond this company to anybody i know and don't know,there the masters!!!
They are not help & have hidden fee's which you are not made aware of until after the service has been rendered. They do not work well with insurance as they do they then contact the ins. company. This causes the client to have a huge out of pocket expense. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT ALL!!!
After getting pre-treatment estimates supposedly, We were out of pocket an additional 10,000 dollars for treatment. Office staff is incompetent at filing dental claims, and would not unless repeatedly begged to do their job. Did not file the pre-treatment plan as claimed.
After using Dr. Wall for many years, it took 4 months to get an appointment to have a filling done.
