Stylist didn't listen to anything I wanted. I simply wanted a trim straight across the back and face frame layers. She gave me layers ALL OVER and the face frame is bulky and not layered properly. Will never go back. On my way to get my hair chipped off because I hate it that much.
The 3 ladies there are so nice and understanding. You can tell that they love what they do. Thank you for their service for my family's haircut. God bless you all.
