I am frustrated because workers in this place do not know how to cut hair. They are pathetic! Come in and find out if you like. Don't say I didn't warn you.
I came here planning to get a haircut, but unfortunately the entrance was surrounded by homeless people lying on the ground and shouting. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. It seems like the plaza and the business are not taking any responsibility to address this issue. Because of this environment, I decided not to go inside. Very disappointing experience.
Stylist didn't listen to anything I wanted. I simply wanted a trim straight across the back and face frame layers. She gave me layers ALL OVER and the face frame is bulky and not layered properly. Will never go back. On my way to get my hair chipped off because I hate it that much.
The 3 ladies there are so nice and understanding. You can tell that they love what they do. Thank you for their service for my family's haircut. God bless you all.
