If you want top dollar for your home it requires time and effort up front. Lynn has a team of contractors that very efficiently transformed our house at a fair price and Lynn project managed the whole thing. Our house was not the easiest to sell and she managed to sell it faster than anyone has historically and she was able to get more than one offer so we had inspection waived. The process was pretty painless once we went pending. I would highly recommend using Lynn as a realtor.
Lynn did an extremely good job in helping us selling the house. For us, it was a long process since Lynn recommended to first re-finished the house (which turned out to be the best decision).
