Highly recommended Lynmar apartments. Cathleen and Kamehalani are great to work with. Maintenance is always done right by John he explains stuff and takes time for you, which was great.
My experience here with the two ladies in the office was absolutely awful! Any time I ever had an issue, like maintenance or neighbors blasting their music when I was trying to sleep, rather than really helping, Kamehalani had a tendency to say she was working on it, yet nothing would ever happen. Or she would say something condescending like "that's just part of community living." She even got angry and stamped her foot at me. Would not recommend at all.
Have you ever had that feeling of "Wow, this place is awesome!" Or of, "Wow, this place feels like home, not too cold, not too warm, just right. Wow, this place is nice." This is the place for you. The rent is a little high but the atmosphere of this place is out of this world. I definitely advise renting here. Not a lot of amenities, but the peace and calm are amazing, especially in the Springs hussle and bustle.
