I called Lynmar to get information for a friend. I talked to Kami and she was extremely helpful. Although my friend didn't meet their financial qualifications, she went above and beyond to give me suggestions and gave me a great resource guide. Her customer service wasn't good, it was exceptional.
Shout out to the Staff at Lynmar! Kamehalani Manco in the office and Justin Green in maintenance! Justin always delivers and does an excellent job! Thanks for all you do;
Highly recommended Lynmar apartments. Cathleen and Kamehalani are great to work with. Maintenance is always done right by John he explains stuff and takes time for you, which was great.
My experience here with the two ladies in the office was absolutely awful! Any time I ever had an issue, like maintenance or neighbors blasting their music when I was trying to sleep, rather than really helping, Kamehalani had a tendency to say she was working on it, yet nothing would ever happen. Or she would say something condescending like "that's just part of community living." She even got angry and stamped her foot at me.
