Anett was an absolute God send. My mom came up to visit from Florida and had a tumble down the stairs resulting in a broken pelvis and sacrum. After her hospitalization Anett came to our home to assist with my mom's care. She was professional, understanding, incredibly kind, and took the best care of my mom. Ms. Anett, My family and I want to personally thank you for your support in caring for my father. The empathy, time and dedication you put towards his care is astonishing. Even when my presence is not there, you go above what is expected. You make him feel heard and seen. Not only providing his needs, but as well as his wants. From sitting with him on long nights, the walks, the companionship and providing his medical needs. This is what healthcare should be and emulate! Would I recommend this company? Absolutely! Anett and her staff are beyond helpful with supplying assistance when we need it for my aging parents. They spent hours day and night staying with my mom when she was discharged from the hospital and needed around-the-clock assistance last August, and even on short notice was able to sit with my dad overnight during the December holidays when family was not able to. I would highly recommend Lynette's TLC Home Services to anyone looking for home care that is prompt and highly dependable.
