Terrible customer service. A 2 day job ended up taking over 30. They never took responsibility for any of it, they always blamed the distributors or the installers for the delay. I gave them my payment information in February and then get an invoice in May stating a payment wasn’t made. Very unorganized.
They Did A Beautiful Job With My Floors And They Are The Best!!!
We had the floors replaced in our entire house . Bill and his crew did an excellent job. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and the services provided. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We highly recommend them . Love that we got to do business with a hometown company too �

Lynette's Floors and More did ceramic tile and vinyl plank flooring in our house, and vinyl plank in my Aunt's house. Lynette was so helpful when we selected the product and she had wonderful decorating ideas (i.e. color selection, pattern to lay tile, tub surround, etc). She has great ideas that help save you money and strives to help you get what you want at a price you can afford. Her installers are wonderful and trustworthy.
