When I started here I got to interview who my children's doctor was before I chose. We had a great 14 years with her and she was phenomenal and actually really cared about her patients, but the new doctor that replaced her is not right. Me and my 13-year-old daughter went in there for a physical, it was the first time we have ever seen her and she looked at us and said " Is your daughter sending naked pictures again" with a huge attitude... My son seen the nurse practitioner for an acute issue. Provided treatment with in a short span of time the office contacted me with results and guidance. 2 days after received another call to check on how he was feeling with the treatment. Following up prior to the weekend. Amazing care and follow through. I’m grateful for such a great practice. Well done Lyndon Pediatrics.
Dr. Robinson is the best pediatrician! So knowledgeable, kind and easy for the kids to talk to
Very unfortunate experience from an office my children have been with since birth. Saw a new RN who clearly had not bothered to review my child’s records and acted so ridiculously unprofessional and caused both my child and I immense trauma! I cannot and do NOT recommend this office for pediatric services!
Received bill July called to pay and they said out to insurance for one bill paid balance of what I did owe. No notification no bill in the mail assumed insurance covered it as I received no other bill. Did get a letter in stating primary left the practice. 3 weeks later call to set up appointment they say all 3 kids discharged in June for non payment.
