A scheduled appointment is not a suggestion. It is an agreement between a clinic and a patient. Unfortunately, this clinic appears to treat that agreement as completely optional. My appointment was booked for 3:00 PM. At 4:10 PM, I still had not been seen, and staff informed me there were still two patients ahead of me.
