While I didn’t live in this particular unit I can speak about the company you will be renting through as I had experience with the regional manager as well as the president and they would be the ones overseeing this complex. If you have the opportunity to choose from any other rental management company. I would choose to do so. A few things - the staff can be extremely rude when trying to discuss anything and had gone as far as raising their voices and becoming extremely condescending when trying to speak to them. They were insulting and made me feel very unappreciated for being a reliable tenant. The apartments look NOTHING like the pictures either.. they are much worse quality. RecommendedWe have lived here for about 2 1/2 years. Have been very happy. Rent is moderately priced compared to similar properties. All staff very professional and helpful. Handicapped signage at the 4010 Building does need to be addressed though.
