Abuse at Lynd House - Muncie, IN – I am the only biological daughter and was the only local Muncie family/contact for my father. My father was admitted from Lynd House to the hospital in May 2010. He arrived with a broken shoulder, head injury, Sepsis and Septic Shock, open leg wound/ulcer that had drained for weeks (he told me he was denied medical care for it at Lynd House so it continued to ooze odor and drainage) and a glucose level of a whopping 1133.
