I have lived in a Lynchburg Covenant Fellowship apartment for seven years. LCF is well managed, provides safe, affordable housing, a quiet atmosphere, and has an exceptional maintenance department.
Wonderful Atmosphere
When I first came to the building the lady was extremely rude, even attempted to grab papers out of my hand after I explained to her nothing on the application states I HAD to make an appointment. At the appointment the two women were extremely nice and said they would talk with the housing manager. About to email HUD about their behavior as this is not how you treat people. No where does it say you HAVE to make an appointment and the two ladies who took my application apologized but she should not have this job!!
