I asked them to repair my Macbook. They never called me to let me know it was ready and if you don't pic up your device within a certain amount of time they KEEP IT FOR THEMSELVES!!! Then when I did call them to ask what was taking so long to repair it, the guy said it was there already done. When I went to pic it up they never gave me back my original hard drive.
