Physical Medical Care- 5/5 stars- For all things non-mental related, I have been treated very well and will recommend this facility to anyone who needs physical medical care. Mental Care- 2/5 stars- The intake session I just had today can only be described as horrendous. The psychiatrist, who I am very generously not naming, was beyond rude, and wasn't listening to the full story. Psychiatrist verbally harassed me, claimed they would complete paperwork, held it for over 30 days and refused to complete, despite their 10 day policy on completing paperwork, also violated hipaa and released my private medical information to my employer. Would not recommend.
They’ve cared for me, and shown me so much compassion over the years.
Couldn’t get through to speak with anyone.
