I bought my second Nissan based on the service department. When you trust your service department it’s hard to go anywhere else.
I had an oil change scheduled today for 9:45am. I arrived that the service department at around 9:30am I check in and I sit down to wait for my vehicle, when I over hear another customer talk about how long he has been waiting for his vehicle. Two hours, he had been waiting for two hours for an oil change and yes he had an appointment. So I decided to check on my vehicle and the time is 10:30am.
