I’m currently stuck in a rental home with no working oven for Thanksgiving and mold under my kitchen sink from a leak. Melanie Lynch “the property manager” has become completely unresponsive to any of my emails or texts. She also allowed a huge tree to fall on the house, causing 6 holes in the roof, which caused leaking and needed to be replaced. The worst company to ever do business with. They take over property not knowing what the conditions of the homeowner are actually renting. The work close with slumlords and try to keep whatever money is owed to you even if they don't have the proof of the conditions on the homes are in. Melanie Lynch is the worst. She doesn't know what she's taking about when it comes to renting and also thinks she a teacher and needs to teach people the law on renting.
