If you are the head of Lyn management that manages Forest Oaks in San Antonio, perhaps you don't know that I have been trying since last weekend to get the management here to fix or replace my air conditioning. It's always the same issue , it freezes up. I ended up having to buy two window units in order to keep my apartment cool. These people ignore you when you try to get even a tour. I found one of their listings on zillow, reached out for a tour, they asked my desired move in date and if I have any pets, I told them my move in date and that I have an ESA cat, and was promptly ignored. I wouldn't trust these people in any way, since they presumably ignored me because I have an ESA, even though that goes against disability laws. It's no wonder all of their listings stay up for at least a hundred days. If the owner tries to refute this, I'll be attac... read more

Highly unprofessional and rude. Joke of a realtor.
This real estate group that doubles as property management has made every effort to provide as minimal function as they can. From installing oven range over a week later than stated move-in date & providing minimal updates throughout, not having gas lines installed in the middle of winter making the effort of oven installation moot (had to make the Centerpoint appointment myself because they didn’t pay the property deposit), to the non-return of the security deposit after their stated timeline of 30 days even after leaving t... read more
