Incredibly rude over the phone. Wouldn’t recommend going to them with help finding a place.
Had to report them to Hillsborough County to get my deposit back and don't be surprised if you come home and find someone has been working in your apartment. They don't seem to care that legally they have to advise you 12 hours before anyone can enter your apartment to attend repairs or show it to other perspective renters.
