I will never be back. When you first reach out, you are paired with a therapist. You have the initial meet for 30 min, it was good. Then you set an official session. Do not recommend. Per other reviews, dealing with the billing side of things is absolutely awful. Always issues with the insurance going through and having things on file? Forget about it. More of a burden on your mental health than anything.

Like other reviewers, I have very much appreciated the therapist we worked with. The administrative part has been problematic. It is very difficult to communicate with the insurance/billing staff, and their follow-through seems poor. I sought a therapist for my other daughter and was required to fill out lots of forms/paperwork, some of it rather personal and detailed, only to be told they have no availability. Disrespectful of my time, frustrating.
