All I asked for was water. Instead, I was met with rationing, overpriced glass bottles, and staff who hung up on me when I pressed the issue—even after I offered to pay. That’s not hospitality, that’s negligence. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in America. Really clean rooms and very comfortable. The television is set up for YouTube as well as regular stations, which is great because I prefer YouTube. The staff is friendly and helpful
