I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of January and would like to share my disappointment with my experience. The rooms felt somewhat outdated and had an unpleasant smell. However, the main issue was related to billing, as I was charged more than expected. Despite several follow-ups, I have not received any response or clarification from the hotel team. For a hotel of this category, I would at least expect a reply. There are many other hotels in Washington with better locations that offer a much better overall experience.
