Have went down hill since the lady that used to run the office is noblonger there. Have had issues with payments being processed and the online payment system is always down. Was told i shouldn't use it. Maybe use another system? It is 2026 and I shouldn't have to take off work get cashiers checks and physically bring into office to ensure proper disbursement. Not to mention the very limited hours of operation that make it more of a task.
The worst experience in selling a house. We hired Lisa Campbell as an agent to sell our house, couldn’t find a buyer, then found a buyer and was trying to tell us to do contract for deed which we didn’t need agent for to begin with. Regardless, we moved forward Lisa didn’t help the buyer find finding like the agreement was, they lapsed on the contract, the buyer could lose the house and Lisa is completely MIA. There office didn’t even keep accurate track of the payments the buyer made.
Had a great experience selling our home! We have bought and sold many homes, but our agent, Debra Jones, made this the easiest sale of all. Highly recommend!!
