I called and spoke to “sherry” and was incredibly upset with how someone treats a customer. I’ve never been treated so rudely over the phone. I was simply calling to check on my propane status. Instead of getting a friendly conversation about them selling their propane to another company. I was met with nothing but rudeness. She was annoyed with my questions and me simply trying to figure out who I called now. She finally gave me the number and got mad when I asked her to repeat it. If I could rate lower than one I would will not refund money keep putting me and others off. Will not let me talk to anyone but customer service . Been calling for refund for a month now and still waiting.
This is the worst company!! All the years we have dealt with them, the only good thing is the driver. He is awesome. When we went with them, we were told no tank rental fee, we would get the cheapest rates, and they would be here the day we call. Well the driver would give us a discount. Then I would get a bill saying we didn't pay the correct about so I would send a check, then we'd get a letter in December that we owed tank rental fee. I' ve been a customer for several years..had always been happy with the service until recently. I'm on a fixed income..so when budget billing was offered to me I took it...Kim said all was good..no credit check required under new company ..i was happy about that. I made the payment..they filled my tank..when it got low I called to have it topped off but they found no info for the budget billing in my account..
