If I could rate lower than one I would will not refund money keep putting me and others off. Will not let me talk to anyone but customer service . Been calling for refund for a month now and still waiting.
This is the worst company!! All the years we have dealt with them, the only good thing is the driver. He is awesome. When we went with them, we were told no tank rental fee, we would get the cheapest rates, and they would be here the day we call. Well the driver would give us a discount. Then I would get a bill saying we didn't pay the correct about so I would send a check, then we'd get a letter in December that we owed tank rental fee. I' ve been a customer for several years..had always been happy with the service until recently. I'm on a fixed income..so when budget billing was offered to me I took it...Kim said all was good..no credit check required under new company ..i was happy about that. I made the payment..they filled my tank..when it got low I called to have it topped off but they found no info for the budget billing in my account.. Price can't be locked in, even the day of delivery
Stay away from this company After U pay the oil still need 3-5 business days for delivery. I can ask them… please its freezing everything bc its 17*F… No we have to do between 3-5 days after its payed WTH… now catching Sat and Sun in 6 days all horizontal water pipes crack… Thanks Lykins U ARE THE SOLUTION FOR DAMAGE
