I live nearby and finally stopped in to check out Lifestyle Catering, and I’m so glad I did! The chicken vaca frita was delicious, and the turkey meatballs were just as good. Portions are generous, and I really appreciate that the containers list the ingredients and calories. I tried the sweet potatoes and baked sweet plantains on the side, and both were amazing. The place is spotless, and I enjoyed meeting the owner. This will definitely be my go-to spot for healthy meals!

After my husband's recent cardiac bypass surgery, I was at a loss on how to prepare "heart-healthy" meals for him, given the many restrictions imposed by the various medical professionals. We thought we had to cut out all our favorite foods. To our most pleasant surprise, Lyfestyle Catering, offers incredibly delicious AND healthy versions of our favorite foods, such as "vaca frita" and "chimichurri chicken" and so much more.

I was surprised when I went in to order a “cantina” for my friend that they had a refrigerator with food already prepared so you can just grab & go. You can get protein and two sides. I only wanted the protein, and I saw that they had Vaca Frita - Literal translation Fried Cow It’s shredded beef and it was delicious. They to weekly, bi-weekly and monthly food delivery. Give them a try! I forgot to take the picture before so here’s the empty container.

Not only is the food amazing and Pinterest-worthy- I swear if I had an instagram and post it there- but the owners are so sweet!
