Bought a smoker and had to repair smoke box door did not close fully was warped the 2 doors leak really bad no quality control don't waste your money FOR 1600 dollars you can find a better smoker without having to do repairs
I sent in a request online for a portable smoker. They responded back promptly with pricing and a lead time. The lead time did not meet the deadline I needed to have my smoker by. The next day the CEO called me and let me know she had found a smoker matching my specs at one of their retailers an hour from me. I picked it up the same day.

When I needed to order a thermostat Marsha made sure she got it out asap. I will be getting in contact with them to order another charcoal grate. But very happy with this. You “get what you pay for”
