Front office staff is rude and doesn’t care about its residents. They make you feel like an inconvenience when you have a question or concern.
I was there for about a year and the only reason I left was that I bought a house. The employees are very kind and the price was decent considering the area. It is only a 5 minute walk to anything, whether it is to the Legends outlet mall or strolling the Marina.
We moved in a little over a month ago. Three bedroom downstairs. The ladies in the office are amazing. It started off with Eden, then Alissa, Karina and back to Eden. We have a small issue with the apartment and within 5 minutes the maintenance he was here, on a holiday weekend mind you. Breakfast in bags in the morning due to I’m sure Covid. The staff at Lyfe are so friendly and helpful, Alissa made the whole moving process easier, the property is beautiful and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to move into the Sparks area.

Refusing to do maintenance on apartments at this moment, the office is closed, & the amenities are all closed. Medicine cabinet fell out of the wall and my dishwasher is broken; I was told by office staff not to use my medicine cabinet and live with the now open hole in my wall and that I can wash my dishes in the sink. I didn’t rent an apartment this expensive to hand wash my dishes and have fixtures fall out of the wall. Refused a rent reduction contingent on my dishwasher being fixed. I was one of the first move ins at this site, and have had nothing but a great experience. Beautiful units- nice location- and staff is very friendly. Gym is perfect, and I love the option of having a garage and additional storage room. Office is always doing great events for the residents (more than any place else I have lived). I highly recommend this complex.
