Lydia's Butternut Squash Soup is fantastic! Her Cacao Crunch Bars are yummy too. Lydia and her staff are always so helpful and friendly.
Lydia's food is not only filled with wonderful clean ingredients, it is made with much love. Her food is helping me to help myself to better health.

The freshly made Herbs de Provence Kale Salad is delicious!!!!!!!!!!
One of my favorite attractions to the west coast festival scene are the lovely folks at Lydia's bringing their delicious and health conscious food to all those in need. So good I can't choose favorite dishes, it's all worth trying!
