She is very knowledgeable, attentive to my concerns, takes an account of my pain levels, where they are and goes over each "plan of attack" before executing. I always feel better after leaving and she has been instrumental in providing some relief from the chronic pain and blood flow issues that come with my conditions. Definitely a 5 star general in the war on Degenerative Disc Disease and Stenosis being waged in my back.
I have been a patient of Lydia's for a couple of months. I had suffered from severe chronic back pain for over two years and had been through physical therapy, had x-rays and an MRI. I started treatment with Lydia, and my pain has been reduced greatly. I still have a little bit of stiffness, but I can go to the gym now and do sit-ups (which I couldn't do for over two years because of my pain).
