Unfortunately, still waiting (4 months) for a refund for my photo shoot that never happened. This photographers communication and organization is absolutely deplorable. I pre-paid for a firefly photo shoot for my daughter's 3rd birthday in June. It was rescheduled twice (first due to illness on Lydia's end, then on mine) - no problem, things happen.
