Horrible agent! He bought our health insurance policy from another agent, never serviced it and would not release it when we requested another agent take over our policy. He held our policy hostage and said he would release it only when the new agent bought it from him!!! Totally unethical!!! I reported Richard Martin to Anthem Blue Cross & also The California Insurance Commissioner.
