Lior and the team at LYD Construction recently remodeled our downstairs bathroom for our daughter to use. It's a small, funky space with a furnace and duct work, but they did a great job working with the situation and delivered top quality craftsmanship. Even when we had to pivot on a few things, they responded like professionals and got it done. Definitely would recommend and hire them again. Before/after pics for attention :D

This spring, we worked with Lior and LYD Construction for a remodel of our kitchen and bathrooms, along with other home improvement projects. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We hired LYD Construction to remodel our master bathroom. The work they did was excellent from start to finish. Firstly, they had a significantly lower quote than any of the other places around Seattle we had tried. Secondly, they were extremely flexible both with our budget and being willing to take things out if we wanted to do something ourselves. They were also flexible with the schedule. We hired LYD to take our partially finished laundry room and add a second bathroom and walk in pantry- and we could not be happier! Lior and his team were very communicative throughout the whole process, worked with us to design the best space for our needs, and brought in excellent sub contractors to bring it all to life. Adding a few before/after shots to show the transformation. Definitely would recommend!

Lior and his team did a beautiful job on our remodel! Lior stayed in communication with us every step of the way. This is not a company that starts work, then disappears. From the day they started, they worked hard, were so efficient and stayed in communication with us.
