Lior and the team at LYD Construction recently remodeled our downstairs bathroom for our daughter to use. It's a small, funky space with a furnace and duct work, but they did a great job working with the situation and delivered top quality craftsmanship. Even when we had to pivot on a few things, they responded like professionals and got it done. Definitely would recommend and hire them again. Before/after pics for attention :D

LYD did a couple of projects for us: Turning a carport into a garage, and replacing some large custom glass doors in our sunroom. The end product for both projects are beautiful, and transformed a couple of suboptimal areas into spaces that are now functional, attractive, and inviting. We hired LYD Construction to remodel our master bathroom. The work they did was excellent from start to finish. Firstly, they had a significantly lower quote than any of the other places around Seattle we had tried. Secondly, they were extremely flexible both with our budget and being willing to take things out if we wanted to do something ourselves. They were also flexible with the schedule. We did a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodels with flooring replacement for the entire house. Lior worked with us on what our vision was and made helpful suggestions. We were on a tight schedule. Phillip layed out what and when things would be done. Phillip kept in daily contact with us while the work was being performed, allowing us to make adjustments as we went along.
