I have used this company to service my heating system for over 15 years and had previous maintenance agreements with them. When repairs were needed their invoices in the past detailed parts costs (showing parts discounts for having maintenance agreement) and labor costs. This year their bill and invoicing has in my opinion changed for the worse situation for their customers.
