This is not the Lycoming Heating it used to be. Sold last year and as of today (3Oct23) they are closed. They put a heating system in for me Sep2022. Over the winter I had to use space heaters to keep it comfortable. After having one of their technicians check it he informed me the sysem was too small for my house. I tried to use their money back guarantee but I could get no farther than a secretary. Went to the business only a secretary there. Filed a claim with the BBB and got no results. I retract my good review a day ago. The first repairman left and had checked the thermostat was working and it was not. It was stuck on 80 degrees. I call Friday night because my house was so hot and they paged the worker covering twice and I sat up until midnight because I was promised they would call. I called at eight today and was told I would get a call in 15 minutes. At ten I finally got a call someone would be coming. This time it was $258.00 for putting on a new thermostat. When my furnace quit, the repair technician came out promptly, on the long holiday weekend, to fix the problem. He even called me the next day, Christmas Eve, to make sure everything was working well. It's so good to know they stand behind their products with exceptional customer service...every day of the year.

Got a new furnace from them 2 years ago after they found out that our old furnace was broke and unsafe to operate very thankful for that with the new furnace our heating bill has been much lower and their techs are friendly and very respectful of your property would definitely recommend them to any of my friends hands down they certainly have me as a life customer
