I’ll preface this by saying I haven’t actually gotten a haircut here, but I met one of the guys from there (Sosa) in line for food at 303 In The Cut. I can’t remember if he said he was the owner or not, but I talked to him for a few minutes about food, life, etc.. I told him I really wanted the cheesecake but that was probably too much food for me. My husband has ALS and NEEDS to have a professional shave him, I am NOT a professional!! Because I happen to be home I just tried to make an appointment over the phone and was told NO, you HAVE to make it on the website. My husband is not capable due to the VERY limited use of his hands and fingers to get on to a website and do this. Plus the barber who HAD taken GREAT care of him previously (Angel) is no longer there. So now we HAVE to find another barber. I cannot believe that you cannot make an appointment over the phone.
