I would not recommend this facility to anyone. My experience has been awful. I paid $2550.00 for Invisalign for my son back in December 2015 and I have never received the braces for my son. I have received no reason why. I have made several attempts to speak to Dr. Lisa Thompson to no avail. She will not return my calls. I had to contact The American Dental Association to mediate this situation. She will not adhere to their recommendation of giving me a refund. I was very afraid of the Dentist from past experience (and when younger had a lot of dental work done) however, the staff made me very comfortable and made sure I wasn't scared doing my cleaning, deep scaling or filing. I would recommend them to others.

This is the first time I was not happy with my visit. When I made the appointment I told the receptionist my crown--that had just been put in a few days earlier--had come out. When she gave me an appointment that was two-weeks away I asked her would that be too far away, because the hole might close? She told me no. When I showed up for my appointment my worst fear came true when I was told that the hole had closed too much and the crown could not be put back in.
