Had an appointment here April 17 because I needed orthotics. They scanned my foot and that was the whole visit, they were supposed to order them for me. Pretty simple right? Think again! First issue; when I asked how much my orthotics would be they said they could not give me a price, even though they have my insurance card. Super nice staff, but not transparent about payments, and clumsy with setting up appointments. Advice: If you are getting orthotics, make sure that the price they tell you is for BOTH, or just one. And if they don't call to remind you about an appointment, they probably forgot to set it up.
