I have been taking my child here for the past year and I have had encounter nothing but great staff and excellent doctors. My only complaint is the representative who answers the phone is very unprofessional and should be trained on how to speak to others. I have never encounter anyone unprofessional at this office until today
Love the nurse staff doctors are ok. I miss having the female pc and female doctors. They do need to hurry up and hire a female doctor or pc again. I know a lot parents that take their kids here and most would prefer to have the female doctor or pc again. They were more patient and understanding with the kids.
I took all Three of my Special Needs children here and they were awesome. I also been coming to Lehigh Valley Hospital since I was born and they saved my life when another Hospital almost took it.
Lehigh Valley Pediatric Associates is truly an outstanding pediatric practice. They go above and beyond to prioritize the well-being of their patients. When my son unexpectedly had to be hospitalized (through no fault of theirs), Dr. Totlani personally reached out multiple times to check on his progress and ensure he was receiving the best care.
