Terrible customer service a lot of times these people do not answer the phone . Some of the stuff are not professional answering the phone and are very disrespectful to people.

I came here for my 1 year old daughter at the time to get her adenoids checked since they were enlarged. Amelia was the one that checked my daughter’s nose and she was amazing. Great staff and great service.
Since moving to the Poconos 7 years ago we haven't had any great experiences with doctors or hospitals, until today!!! My 16 year old had to have his tonsils and adenoids removed.
