Had an appointment with orthopedic specialist Dr. Jason Rudolph today only to get there and be told he has already left for the day. No phone call. No message in my chart. Just no showed my appointment with no communication. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to leave work early to get here. Be respectful of peoples time. If it were me who had no-showed, I would have been charged for it.
Went to set an appointment with Dr. Brown for knee replacement surgery. From walking thru the door of the facility, scheduling all the necessary appointments upto scheduling surgery has been a pleasure working with such a professional team. I'm looking forward to getting my life back on track and walking without pain.
Not only do they seem to have terrible attitudes when you have an issue with how they're doing things; but they also seem to have someone there who enjoys scheduling you incorrectly.
