Disappointing, and I haven't even stepped in the door. Son was to be seen in December. Was told it would be better if he saw another provider. Great, okay. Waited until March 19 for that appointment. Morning of, cancelled. Please call to reschedule. Emergencies happen, I get it. Called to reschedule - June 23rd. We will call you because it wasn't your fault you had to be rescheduled. If you put in 1621 N Cedar Crest Blvd allentown, it takes you to the wrong address 4 miles away. Put in lvpg orthopedics for it to take you to the right place! I arrived for my appt 11 minutes late because of Google maps and they would not take me. I had to reschedule for a different day.
