I work at a local pharmacy and I have an EXTREMELY difficult time reaching the office by phone when I have questions about patients' scripts. The doctors may be fine which is probably why they still have patients but the administrative staff is HARDLY available and if I do happen to reach anyone by chance, the employees are extremely rude. I agree that the waiting time is too long. I just had 2 cataract operations in April, 2019, and had to go back the next day after the procedure to Allentown to be checked. I was amazed at how many had the same 8 a.m. appointment. The waiting began. I traveled by LantaVan, and my tight travel time was accomodated. If you can get the older techs there , when you ask..they answer knowledgably. I have been seeing Dr. Christine Saad there for years.
