Very rude staff member when calling to schedule a new patient appointment. Explained I had an intense emergency surgery last September and I was rescheduling the appointment that I had to cancel. She stated I needed another MRI - which was done one year ago in order to see the doctor “because, how would I know something was wrong?” Um, that would be from the results and the chronic pain of progressive Ankylosing Spondylitis. I won’t waste my time here. Do better.
I felt rushed twice now and so far no one has thoroughly gone over all of my imaging which now I feel like I did them all for nothing. I have no answers and no plan moving forward.
WARNING* VERY UNPROFESSIONAL* THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!! Any diagnostic testing, EMG’s etc. they order or referrals they make - NO FOLLOWUP DONE AT ALL EVEN WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE -THEY DON’T EVEN READ THE REPORTS THEY ORDER it is their policy to hold the patient responsible to follow up with them. I FIND THAT TO BE ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!! Their office policy is NOT to do ANY PAPERWORK for their patients - short / long term disability or paper work from your employer for job protection, unless you are having surgery done. ... read more
