Canceled appointment with out reaching out.
The staff is so caring beginning with my call to make an appointment. Everyone makes sure you are taken care of, from call to examination room everyone made me feel good. Entire staff is excellent and caring. Great job.
This was the second time that I was sick and tried to get in to see my primary care physician and was told to go to ready care. I wound up going to the emergency room for treatment. I guess it is time to find another practice. It really is a shame because I really have an excellent doctor, but the practice is not very good. Please stay away from them. I DO NOT recommend them at all. I do think that they are under staffed.
Dr Costa is the best. He’s so nice and he takes the time to listen to you which is so rare sometimes in the medical field. He has always been there any time I needed to reach out. The front desk is very welcoming as well.
I had an appointment with Dr. Ha yesterday. She is very thorough and listens to patient. I was impressed by her and her punctuality. Many times I have sat in “the room “ at other doctors offices waiting what seem an eternity. I was also impressed with the male nurse (forgot to get his name). I met Dr. Ha and the male nurse yesterday for the first time and they were both great. Sharon Smith is also great as I have seen her as well. The front desk is always polite and they always get the job done.
