The health care provider I have is phenomenal. The communication through the prescription line and the nurses line is terrible. I have been going there for 20 years. I need medication that must be ordered from a specialty pharmacy. I have been getting it for 3 months. Since I was going to run out and no refills were on the original script- I called 2 weeks in advance. I left a message with this practice on the refill phone line. They didn’t call me back. Canceled appointment with out reaching out.
The staff is so caring beginning with my call to make an appointment. Everyone makes sure you are taken care of, from call to examination room everyone made me feel good. Entire staff is excellent and caring. Great job.
This was the second time that I was sick and tried to get in to see my primary care physician and was told to go to ready care. I wound up going to the emergency room for treatment. I guess it is time to find another practice. It really is a shame because I really have an excellent doctor, but the practice is not very good. Please stay away from them. I DO NOT recommend them at all. I do think that they are under staffed.
Dr Costa is the best. He’s so nice and he takes the time to listen to you which is so rare sometimes in the medical field. He has always been there any time I needed to reach out. The front desk is very welcoming as well.
