I had to see Dr.KHOKAR today due to Dr. Spinozza leaving. I was 8 minutes late and had to check in the lady I. Front of me was taking forever checking out so it made me late which I explained to girl at desk. The reception area wasn't clean as usual tv off. So I sit there like 10 min and taken back . I had to change Doctors due to Dr Rush Spinosa retiring. I saw Dr Loffredo. She seemed friendly but wasn't till I went home , I realized the major changes she made to my meds. I tried calling twice & left 2 messages on my portal to please allow me to keep the meds she discontinued. I never got any response from her. She discontinued meds that I had been on for years. So have now started with a new practice.
Call backs when messages left, close to never. 15 min max appt with provider. Long wait time for scheduled appts. Single mom with newborn, 5 mins late, wouldn’t be seen, even called ahead to notify I would be late.
Horrible. No one returns your calls Don't bother to write messages in your portal because they don't get read in a timely manner. Prescriptions handled incorrectly multiple times. Found a new doctor, who is wonderful.
