I had my visit in May 2023 for annual physical exam. I went there and told receptionist for wellness checkup. But the Doctor Shane asked me other issue. I told him I have no issue right now except for my thigh numbness. After hearing this doctor did normal check-up and gave me a paper that shows the reason. He did not give me any medicine and treatment etc. the doctor gave me the document to ask me for physical exam next time. During a routine physical exam they should tell you any other inquiries will cost you because this is the second time they have done to me and I find out while being billed.

I have had a great experience here at the occupational theraphy department. They are so kind and caring today is my last day here after many months of them helping me with my left arm. I am very grateful to be taken care of by such a great and amazing team I will miss them all. If your in ever need of any type of occupational theraphy look know further. #Thankful #TillNextTime

This place is a joke! They’ve left my husband without medication for 6 days now. We’ve made repeated phone calls to get a prescription called into a local pharmacy and they always say they’ll check with the doctor and call us back. No return call! And no prescription! He’s been a patient there for 30+ years and can’t even get a return phone call. How is it ethical for a doctor or medical office to ignore a sick patient? Do yourself a favor and look for another doctor. We are!
