I normally don't write reviews about doctor's offices, but wanted to balance out the negatives here. I've been going to Dr. Tsung for about 6 years now, and one of the therapists for about a year. They are both amazing, understanding, and easy to work with. The office staff is pretty responsive, especially when there's a problem or an issue. Am I a fan of the portal? No. But that's hardly the office's fault. They do call if they see you haven't read it if it's important.
I had a detached retina and had to see a retina specialist immediately. My eye doctor got no response from the local retina specialist, so they called Lehigh Eye Specialists, and they said, "Send him right up." The next morning, I had retina surgery, the first surgery of the morning ahead of everyone else
