I had a very disappointing experience. I came in wanting a layered haircut, but the final result was nothing like what I asked for. I even showed reference photos, yet the haircut didn’t match my expectations at all. On top of that, I arrived at 6:00 PM and didn’t leave until 8:00 PM, which is an extremely long time for a haircut. This was my first time getting a haircut here, and Ashlyn Barnes was absolutely amazing. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my hair to be cut. She did an even better job than I had asked for. I couldn’t be happier with the result and will definitely be coming back!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I scheduled haircuts for my three daughters at 2:00 PM, yet they were not taken back anywhere near their appointment time. My first daughter wasn’t seen until 2:30 PM, my second until 3:10 PM, and my third not until 4:15 PM. Despite having appointments, the salon repeatedly took other customers before my children. I came to LvlUp Salon after having a disappointing experience at another salon in Sandy. I had asked for a rich brown-red color and some layers, but unfortunately ended up with copper-colored hair and uneven layers.
